This family brings together technical materials intended for integration into assemblies or RF solutions.
What determines the choice
Two functions are covered: blocking and absorbing.
Block. ISO 770 and ISO 771 are conductive meshes for integration into shielding assemblies. ISO 770 is opaque. ISO 771 allows light through while preserving visibility, with a visible weave.
Absorb. ISO 52 reduces RF reflections inside a metal volume or in contact with a conductive surface.
Materials in this family
ISO 770, opaque conductive RFID mesh. Opaque bronze-toned conductive mesh, flexible, which can be cut, sewn and laminated like a technical textile. Thin and delicate in its bare state, it must be protected in assemblies subject to handling.
ISO 771, transparent conductive RFID mesh. Conductive mesh produced by metal deposition on polyester. It allows light through while preserving visibility, with a visible weave. It can be cut and integrated into flexible or rigid assemblies, in particular by lamination.
ISO 52, RF absorber. Flexible self-adhesive sheet loaded with magnetic metal powder in a polymer matrix. It reduces RF reflections inside a metal volume or in contact with a conductive surface. Its thin profile, flexibility and self-adhesive backing make it easy to integrate.
